Watts Guerra

I was represented by Watts Guerra, and they lost my signed Camp Fire contract and missed the filing date with the PG&E bankruptcy case due to a 'clerical error' by Watts Guerra. My Camp Fire claim was denied in December 2023, and I was kept in the dark until July 2024.

I was offered a small settlement to be paid by Watts Guerra.

I was not able to speak with anyone at the Fire Victims Trust about my claim and was not able to verify any truth in the amount of my settlement offer. I still have not received my settlement in full.

I didn't talk to anybody. I left a message.

I joined the Zantac lawsuit about 3and 1/2 yrs. ago.

I just want to know when I'm going to get paid. I read that some people have gotten paid.

I would like to know how long my son's case with autism will last. During my pregnancy, I took Taylenol for the fever I had due to the flu.

You can do better with more help. First I was getting skeptical about this company but now I kinda understand they need more help. Just have more patience.

Zantac settlement was signed in March. No payout as of yet.

No one answers the phone; I have left several messages. I will now have to hire an attorney to try and get my settlement from this law firm.

They leave you hanging. Give you a glimmer of hope then nothing

We cannot reach the attorney by phone or by email the lack of communication on there part is horrible and now they have split up the partnership.

We were told in one of their town meetings that once the stocks were sold we would be paid the rest of our settlement but never happened.

And now they have packed up and went back to Texas

Nobody will respond to voice mail or e mail after numerous attempts. I signed an electronic release and never had funds sent to me.

The last book of February of 2025 I signed my paperwork excepting the settlement from Zantac lawsuit. Here it is June 13th of 2025 I have heard nothing.

I received nothing! I have called every week would no one answering or returning my phone calls I have emailed emails go unanswered also I have text message to text messaging number they gave me at the beginning of my lawsuit it never gets answered.

I would like to know where my funding is that I was awarded during the Zantac lawsuit. I would recommend that you don't use the Watts Law Firm to anyone

I had a lawsuit for talcum powder and Im trying to see why the havent contacted me yet its been 2 years now no word at all some people I know already received their money
