I received a notice last week stating that my case would be closed due to not being able to reach me via email or telephone. I'm not sure what number you were calling or what email you were trying to reach me at, but I did receive the video regarding the Red River e-ballot this week, so you do have my correct email address.
I'm confident that I sent all necessary documents to you via the portal when it was available about a year and a half ago. I provided my diagnosis, biopsy, second opinion, and post-surgery information. I'm not sure what else would be missing.
It's important to note that I had one ovary removed due to the spreading cancer. I'm not sure why my file would be closed.

No because they didnt even care enough about my case to do even a little bit of the work and file paperwork on time
I even got a call from Watt's personal paralegal who, by yelling at me, claimed that I missed the deadline. It was my fault, but I couldn't communicate with the FVT because I had a lawyer. Once I was able to communicate and get access to my claim on the portal, it was too late, and I was not allowed to appeal. The FVT even communicated directly with me, telling me that my lawyers never responded to the deadline to file an appeal.
My lawyers kept telling me they filed for reconsideration by the deadline and that the FVT had made an error. Liars! I trusted them to handle my claim properly and completely, and they didn't do the job. I had to pay a third of what little I did get to them.
They wouldn't even return or answer my phone calls about what happened. They just ignored me!
Preferred solution: Like to get my money back for the fees I paid and I would like them to pay what I should of been reimbursed if they would of handled my claim correctly and had done their job and filed the appeal with reasonable cause comments for reimbursement

Zantac lawsuit settlement
I am a client .!!! never heard back from anyone after a point in time in my case ,and I am a widow.
I am on the *** of homelessness since my husband passed away. Please, no one has ever called or just let me know anything. I am saddened and physically sick over this. May God have mercy on the soul that steals from the grave.
I would like my compensation from the loss of my husband. This is unfortunate for me and I am hopeful that I will get my husband's original cause of death - Zantac brought to justice!

I have called and emailed you folks regarding any payments due the Diana L. Bedor special needs trust.
572908 is my case #. If any were sent Id like to know where to and when? I accepted my determination almost 2 years ago and this is my probably 50th time calling, and receiving no information or check.. Ive only received payment for 1 of my houses.

I have had no contact with these people. I believe they took my deceased husband's money and took off.
If not, please call me, I am a client. Do not use these lawyers - they took everything and gave nothing to compensate for my husband's death.

Watts and Guerra left us high and dry and made a fortune off us as victims, then moved out of the country left us high and dry! He is a thief and lier. So pissed that so manny of us went with them when we were in despair, confused and homeless after 70 years of working for it to all be taken from us!
